Intended Audience: GIS User, GIS Builder, Management
Abstract
Maintaining parcel data is a critical function of local government. But what can you do with the data you manage? How can you get more value from this rich dataset? This session will showcase two configurable ArcGIS Solutions that reveal trends and help organizations plan for the future. The Parcel Value Analysis solution visualizes key property characteristics, discovers neighborhood patterns, analyze sales ratios, and identifies outliers and inequities. The Agricultural Parcel Analysis solution helps organizations meet their statutory responsibilities by discovering, listing, and valuing agricultural properties based on size, land use, and soil type. This will be a collaboration with Will County who will talk about their work deploying the solution
