Consultants from Abonmarche have worked with the Town of Hebron Indiana on a GIS-based work order management systema. It leverages ArcGIS Online apps, offering a robust and efficient approach to managing the maintenance of water networks. This system enhances operations by integrating real-time data collection, spatial analysis, and workflow automation, providing a comprehensive solution for tasks such as valve exercising, hydrant flow testing, leak detection, and mainline repair or replacement. Most importantly, this system is a cost effective means to bringing true work order management to small communities that cannot afford or have the resources for a larger system.
