Abstract

This lightning talk will show a brief walkthrough of Survey 123 for data collection and translating the data to arcgis dashboard, where end users, in this case the Health and Human services in Kendall County are able to use the collected information to direct their immediate attention to the most pressing community concerns as shown through the Community Health Improvement Survey. The survey aids the department in creating a health improvement plan.
